Many Shih Tzus and Maltese find themselves needing new homes due to changes in family circumstances, neglect, or surrender through no fault of their own. Our mission is to give them a second chance — a fresh start filled with safety, stability, and care.

Bella, a tiny Maltese, arrived at our rescue severely underweight and fearful of people. She had been abandoned and was wary of touch. With patience, gentle care, and daily walks, Bella slowly learned to trust again. Today, she lives with a loving family who adore her playful spirit—and she greets every visitor with happy little wiggles and tail wags.

Max, a Shih Tzu, was surrendered after his owner could no longer care for him. At first, Max was shy and anxious around new people, but our volunteers spent hours socializing him, teaching him that humans could be kind. After weeks of care and love, Max found a forever home with a family who understands his gentle, affectionate nature. He now enjoys long cuddles and daily park adventures.

Daisy was found wandering the streets, frightened and alone. She had scars from past neglect and needed medical attention. Our team provided immediate care, a warm bed, and lots of reassurance. Slowly, Daisy’s confidence grew. She now thrives in her forever home, full of energy, joy, and love—a true testament to the power of rescue and compassion.
